How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders above $100. Packages will arrive to your door via USPS, DHL, UPS or FEDEX. 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

For deliveries outside the U.S, we operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees or any other additional charges are the responsibility of our customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order.

When will my purchase ship?

We want you to have your new Bozok as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

How long will it take my package to arrive?

Delivery takes between 1-4 business days depending on your location, please check the country list below for information.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

What's your return policy?

We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy. You can return unused items with tags to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Simply contact info@bozok.co to start a return, our team will assist you. For more information on our returns policy please visit our returns page.
