It depends on where you are. Orders processed in the United States will take 2-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-14 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL.
Some countries apply duties or VAT on import shipments. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered. Bozok will do the best we can to provide the best international shipping experience possible, but much of the process is out of our control, and is in the control of your countries' officials and mail systems.
We want you to have your new Bozok as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).
Our products are shipped from our office in Brooklyn, New York.
Unfortunately, we can not change your shipping address once your order is shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
The item(s) should be returned unused and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging.
Please note, sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We’ll send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.
If you'd like to return your item for a store credit, we cover all the return shipping costs. If you prefer to send your item back to us for a full refund, the costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not able to offer returns on crowdfunded items, pre-ordered items sold at a discount and/or products marked "final sale". Any product with modifications or with a custom monogram are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or canceled for any reason.
Try from the comfort of your home. We will collect from your home, work or an alternative address. Exchanges are free. Please note we accept one exchange shipment per purchase. Shipping cost of the exchanged item is the responsibility of customer.
Orders are cancelable for up to 4 hours after they are placed.
